★★★★★ Great Device and Great Customer Service. This was my first foray into red light therapy, and I'm amazed to say that it works! Someone even asked if I had a facelift. My device did have a mechanical issue. Fortunately, I reached Sara in customer service. She was responsive (even on Sunday night). After attempting some debugging, we decided that the device needed to be replaced. Not only did she take personal responsibility for sending it out to me, but she followed up during the process to be sure it arrived and was working. As we all know, a product is only as good as its warranty, and this one was spot on. I'm ordering several more for my sisters.

I’ll try to make this short I’ve been using red light therapy both professionally at my dermatologist office and at home but the at home device cost about $5000 and was a friend of mine who owned it. I’ve never had an issue with red light therapy as I do have mild rosacea. The day after I got it, I used it sparingly on my face with a light touch because I am a pro at using these devices, and my face broke out as if it was a rosacea flareup. I had no creams no ointment on my face like I said, I am a pro at using these type of devices . My face for the second day is red, raw with bumps, like as if my rosacea was back. I immediately sent it back and there was no issues there but beware using this product. It was made in China. I do not believe it is FDA cleared whatsoever. It’s just a fancy word that anybody can use . I am truly devastated at what my face looks like because the second before I used it, my face was a smooth as a babies butt, shame on me for trusting any product from China!

★★★★★ Easy to use. I just started using this 2 months ago. It definitely tightens the skin. I wash my face with loofah gloves then use the light all over my face and throat. After, I use hyaluronic acid gel moisturizer. The next morning, you can see the difference. It's easy to use. It took about 2-3 weeks to notice a difference. I have pale skin and there's minimal redness.

★★★★☆ Effective. After having several red light therapy sessions done professionally, I figured I would invest in one to use at home. I chose this one because it is FDA approved. I read mixed reviews, but after using it, I understand how people can easily dislike it IF they don't read the instructions. It does get warm, (it has to to be effective). You have to keep it moving. The one thing I did not like about it was it came with a sticky plastic sheet over the light itself which left a residue that I had to scrape off. It doesn't glide as easy as I would like. I think that depends on how clean your face is. I really can tell a difference on my neck. Skin is much more smooth feeling.

I have never in my life had a mask that tightens so much, but I couldn’t figure out if it was just so tight that my face itched like mad crazy, idk if it was burning or just mad tingles.I almost couldn’t bare it. I made it through 15 minutes and that took lots of breathing and verbalizing “beauty is pain” 💪 aaaand Lots of jumping around, squatting, and few short moments of silence staring at my face in the mirror. The itching and tingling died down probably after 5 minutes ishh but I’m telling you it felt like forever. Then the real tightening happened. It looked so weird I’d post a pic but Im not gonna do that to myself 😂But I was having the time of my life laughing in the mirror with almost no facial expression cause the mask was literally that tight.I got it washed off and right away noticed some red areas which I started to panic over but after rinsing and relaxing, the redness has died down but holy guacamole my skin is so shiny and soft. And my facial lines are different. Idk how to describe that but like there’s less depth to them … lolAnyways, I’d recommend 10/10 with a dash of caution.

Well I could barely stand it after 7. My face was super tight and tingly. I thought the tingle was a good thing. I rinsed it off with warm water and my face immediately started burning. After all is done,my face was left red and burning. But....its super soft. I don't have sensitive skin. But as of now ,I'm going on 20 minutes after rinsing and my face is on fire!! Buyer beware.
